Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application developed by R13 Development ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our apps.

Your continued use of our apps after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Description of Service

R13 Development creates mobile applications that provide AI-powered image generation and transformation features. Our apps allow you to upload or capture photos and use artificial intelligence to generate stylized avatars, transformed images, and other visual content.

Our services are provided for entertainment purposes. Results are AI-generated and may vary.

User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

When using our apps, you agree to:

  • Use the apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
  • Only upload images that you have the right to use (your own photos or photos you have permission to use)
  • Not use the apps to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the apps
  • Not use the apps to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Not use automated systems or bots to access the apps
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security features or usage limits

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for users who violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

Our Platform: R13 Development owns all rights, title, and interest in our apps, including all software, designs, logos, and related intellectual property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. By using our apps, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing our services.

AI-Generated Content: Images generated through our AI features are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may save and share these generated images, but you may not sell them or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimer About Styles and Inspirations

Some visual styles available in our apps may be inspired by popular games, media franchises, or other creative works. R13 Development is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any game developers, publishers, media companies, or entertainment franchises.

All trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned or depicted are the property of their respective owners. Any references to third-party properties are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply any association or endorsement.

No Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The apps will meet your specific requirements
  • The apps will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the apps will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the apps will be corrected

AI-generated content may contain unexpected results, artifacts, or inaccuracies. You use the generated content at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, R13 Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our apps
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our apps
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues that may be transmitted through our apps
  • Any errors or omissions in any content

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the apps will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Our apps may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions that provide access to additional features or content. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Payment: All payment processing is handled by Apple or Google. We do not have access to your payment information.
  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
  • Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google through their respective app stores. We cannot process refunds directly.
  • Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which R13 Development is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our apps shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you through the app or other means.

Your continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
