We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- App Functionality: To process your images and generate AI-powered content as requested.
- AI Processing: Your images are sent to third-party AI service providers to generate transformed or stylized images.
- Purchase Management: To verify and restore your purchases and subscriptions across devices.
- Service Improvement: To monitor app performance and fix technical issues.
How We Process Your Data
When you use our AI-powered features, your images are securely transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing. These providers generate the transformed images and return them to you through our apps.
Important: We do not store your original or generated images on our servers long-term. Images are processed in real-time and deleted from processing servers once the session ends.
Third-Party Services
We work with the following third-party service providers:
- AI Model Providers: We use enterprise-grade AI APIs (such as Google Cloud AI) to process and generate images. Per our agreements, your images are not used to train their global models.
- RevenueCat: Manages in-app purchases and subscriptions, enabling purchase restoration across devices.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: Handle all payment processing. We never see or store your payment details.
How We Share Your Data
We only share your data with third-party service providers necessary for app functionality, as described above. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of R13 Development, our users, or others.
Data Retention
- Images: Original and generated images are deleted from processing servers when your session ends. We do not retain copies.
- User and Device IDs: Retained as long as necessary to provide services and prevent abuse.
- Purchase Records: Maintained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat according to their respective policies to enable purchase restoration.
- Locally Saved Content: Any images you save to your device remain in your device's local storage until you delete them.
Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: Request information about what data we have associated with your account.
- Deletion: Request deletion of any data we hold about you by contacting us at the email below.
- Opt-Out: You can stop using our services at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
- Local Data Control: Images saved to your device gallery can be deleted at any time through your device's Photos app.
Children's Privacy
Our apps are rated 4+ on the App Store and Google Play. However, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.
Cookies and Device Identifiers
Our mobile apps do not use browser cookies. We may use anonymous device identifiers to:
- Prevent abuse and ensure fair usage of our services
- Restore purchases across app reinstalls
- Monitor app performance and stability
We do not track your location or use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) to serve targeted ads.
